IV. CONCLUSION
A dual band antenna with dimension of 20 25 0.8
mm3 for WLAN application is proposed. The simulated
result shows that antenna can operate from 2.12.84 GHz
as the lower band and 5.15.89 GHz as the higher
covering 2.4/5.2/5.8 GHz WLAN band. The obtained
impedance bandwidth is 29.95 % for 2.7 GHz and 15.43%
for 5.5 GHz bands. The simulated result shows that good
impedance matching and radiation characteristics were

with gain 2 dBi at 2.7 GHz and 3.25 dBi at 5.5 GHz and
the radiation efficiency is 90.29% at 2.7 GHz band and
88.98% at 5.5 GHz band respectively, over the operating
WLAN bands.
