Dear Vice Mayor Moreno,

Good day, we are concerned residents of Bambang street. We
would like to complain our neighbor Disrtito 3 Gastro PUB located at
#1681 Bambang St. Santa Cruz Manila, because of its loud music being
played upto day time, specifically from 6:00pm upto 2:00am in the
morning or sometimes when there are events (birthday celebration,
anniversary) they would be operating upto 6:00am in the morning and
for occupying the sidewalk area used for their business (We want to
point out that they are operating a bar/beerhouse that does not have any
room or closed place so that it leads to a disturbance in our
neighborhood). We would also like to request from your good office to
please verify if they are complying with the following rules and
regulation of operating a bar/restaurant such as securing mayors permit,
business permit, liquor permit and sidewalk permit. We hope that your
good office would find time in responding to our problem. Thank you
