Hiring Manager
Chattanooga Shooting Supplies
2600 Walker Road
Chattanooga, TN 37421

To the Hiring Team at Chattanooga Shooting Supplies,

My name is Cole Burwell, and I am a senior at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I am

a finance major, and plan to graduate in May of 2018. Because I am graduating soon, I am look-
ing for a company where I can begin my growth outside of the classroom. I came across your
post on LinkedIn, and was drawn to the professionalism that your company exhibits.

I noticed that your company is in need of a mid-senior level customer service representative, and
I feel that I would be a quality addition to your team. Due to my experience and love of customer
service, I feel that we would mutually benefit from my employment at your company. Not only
do I work hard and get along well with customers, but I have a finance and business background
that would allow me to understand problems that might occur with customer transactions.

Having worked as an entry-level customer service representative for almost two years, I feel that
I have obtained the skills needed to move forward in my professional endeavors. Passionate
about supporting Tennesseans and working in a local business, I feel that growing up in Ten-
nessee would translate well with customers. Similarly, I believe that my relations in Sigma Chi
Fraternity have helped me to appreciate the bonds that complete strangers can eventually devel-
op. I feel that this experience has allowed me to be better at making connections, which is essen-
tial to the position of a customer service representative. I look at employment as a mutually ben-
eficial relationship in which the employer benefits from my hard work, and I benefit from learn-
ing new skills. Ultimately, I look forward to possibly growing with your company.

I have attached my resume below, hoping you will take the time to consider my employment at
Chattanooga Shooting Supplies. Additionally, my contact information is attached above should
you like to arrange a time to meet, talk, or have any further questions about my skill set or apti-
tude for this position.

Best,
Cole Burwell
