We are glad in placing before the students pursuing legal education, the Reading and Practice Manual on Competition

Law
and Policy. This manual included various topics and case studies so that interest can be developed on Competition Law. In
this book, students of Faulty of Law, Dr Shakuntala Mishra National Rehabilitation University have made an attempt to form
a hand book which is user friendly and which can be benefited to the pursuant of legal education.

We have taken care to ensure that the chapters and its contents could be easily perceived. The manual is expected to be a
good source of information as we have devoted the best of our ability in the preparation of this book. Highly significant
contributions have been made by all of us. But special efforts have been put in by Mr. Shubham Tripathi, for compilation and
content arrangement, Ms Shivali Mishra and Ms Suchi Nigam for moderation of the content, Mr Vijay Yadav, Ayushi Yadav

This book mainly deals with current issues on competition law. Apart from assimilations of material and various case laws,
this book has been divided in four parts for the connivance of readers various headings and sub headings have been added
with a view to help the readers to locate the topic of there need more conveniently and quickly, the existing test has been
subjected to thorough readings and revisions.
