Mentor teachers and the HOPP / University Supervisor are required to make an on-balance-judgement of the
Preservice Teachers performance in each of the AITSL Graduate Teacher Standards. Pre-service teachers are
not expected to be graded on each individual aspect within the standards. A final grade is then recommended for
the practicum. Please consult the Grading Interpretation Matrix when completing this form.

It has been a pleasure to have had Ethan undertake his service in my classroom. He has built a
strong working relationship with my students who have respected, listened and followed his lessons
and instructions. Ethan has the potential to be a great teacher as it is obvious he has a desire to
educate students. He was always prepared to ask questions and act on advice given. I wish him
every success in his future endeavours.
