AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, KATE KATRE, Filino, of legal age, single and a resident of Poblacion,
Bohol, Philippines after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do
hereby depose and state that:

1. I am a stay-in house help of the Miag-ao Family for more than 3 years;

2. On July 4, 2017 at around 11:30 in the evening, when I was about to sleep,
I heard my male employers, Divino Miag-ao, loud and painful cry;

3. I went out of my room to check what was the cause of the commotion;

4. Upon reaching the masters bedroom, I saw my female employer, Ellena

Miag-ao y Adarna in front of my male employer, Divino Miag-ao, holding
a butchers knife on her right hand, her left hand was bloodied and was
holding something;

5. I saw my male employer, Divino Miag-ao, on their bed, writhing in pain

and blood was oozing out from his groin area;

6. Upon seeing me, my male employer said Tabangi ko inday Kate kay
giputol ni Ellena ang akong lagay! Sakit kaayo, dalha ko sa hospital!
(Help me Inday Kate! My penis shaft was cut-off by Ellena! It really hurts,
bring me to the hospital!);

7. I called for an ambulance so that my employer, Divino Miag-ao, will be

brought to the hospital;

8. That I am executing this affidavit of my own free will and volition that
nobody forcing me to do so.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto affix my signature on 5th day of July

2017 at Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines.
