Dirigintele
57. Activitatea educaional n fiecare grup de elevi este coordonat de un diriginte
(mentor), care este un cadru didactic titular, numit prin ordinul Rectorului ASEM, n
baza demersului directorului instituiei. Obligaiile acestuia sunt stipulate n fia
postului i aprobate de ctre rectorul ASEM.

58. Dirigintele (mentorul) are urmtoarele atribuii:

a) planific i proiecteaz activitile de dirigenie;


b) monitorizeaz i analizeaz frecvena, cerceteaz cauzele absenelor elevilor
i ia msurile corespunztoare pentru mbuntirea frecvenei;
c) motiveaz absenele elevilor pe baza certificatelor medicale i n baza
cererilor de argumentare ale prinilor;
d) analizeaz lunar situaia colar i ia msurile pentru mobilizarea elevilor la
ndeplinirea obligaiunilor colare;
e) stabilete i menine legtura cu prinii elevilor, i informeaz despre
rezultatele obinute la nvtur, despre restane, premiere, sanciuni,
recompense;
f) calculeaz media general a fiecrui elev, stabilete ratingul elevilor la
sfritul anului colar;
g) completeaz borderourile semestriale ale reuitei, carnetele i fiele personale
ale elevilor;
h) completeaz regulat registrul grupei academice;
i) informeaz Consiliul Profesoral despre activitatea desfurat n grup pe
care o conduce, particip i monitorizeaz activitile educative ale elevilor n
cmin.
