Dirigintele
57. Activitatea educaional n fiecare grup de elevi este coordonat de un diriginte
(mentor), care este un cadru didactic titular, numit prin ordinul Rectorului ASEM, n
baza demersului directorului instituiei. Obligaiile acestuia sunt stipulate n fia
postului i aprobate de ctre rectorul ASEM.
Obiectivul de referin:
* Studiaz, valorific posibilitile individuale, psihologice, intelectuale ale
elevilor grupei, stimuleaz dezvoltarea liber i armonioas.

* Coordoneaz activitatea cadrelor didactice cu cea a colectivului de elevi
i direcioneaz efortul lor spre unificarea exigenilor fa de elevi.

* Comunic eficient cu prinii n calitate de parteneri direci n educaia
