The Shepherd Boy and The Wolf

A very good morning to the honourable judges, teachers and friends. Today, Im

going to tell you a story entitled The Shepherd Boy and The Wolf.

Once, there was a shepherd boy who had to look after a flock of

sheep. One day, he felt bored and he got to think it would be nice accompany.

So, he decided to play a trick on the villagers. With all peaceful in the pasture,

he shouted and cried, Wolf! Wolf! and he sat back and waited.

The villagers came and running,We are here to help. Wheres the wolf?

The boy laughed at there, Ha, Ha! I was only fooling. There no wolf. I just want

accompany.

The villagers were angry being trick. You wouldnt have accompany today.

We have more important things than entertain you. And they walked back down

the hill.

The next day the boy was acted again. Wolf! Wolf! he cried just like

before. Again, the villagers came running. 'You'll be sorry little one. They were

very angry with him for being so naughty. The villagers then return to their

homes.

That afternoon a wolf went into the field. The shepherd boy ran towards

the village shouting, Wolf! Wolf! Help! Somebody! I mean the real wolf!

But this time, no one came. The villagers heard the boy calling but they

thought he was a lie again. The boy ran to the nearest villager and said, A wolf

is attacking the sheep. I lied before, but this time it is true!

The wolf went in among the sheep and slaughtered them all.

My friends! If you are in the hundred lying, no one will believe you even when

you tell the truth. That is the moral value that we can learn from this story.

Thank you.
