7. Yes, the power supply has a cooling fan. It is located at the far end where the power
supply is bolted onto the back end of the case. As it is attached to the surrounding of
the power supply itself with a metal block. There are approximately 6 connectors being
the ATX, PCI E, P4, SATA, Molex, and Floppy connector.

8. The Ac output is 100-240v


The Dc output is an estimate of 300 watts

9. Yes, it is found towards the upper left by the ram slots and under the heat sink/CPU
fan. We believe it is an older Intel CPU model.

10. 2 Ram Memory sticks are used to fill both ram slots that are channel A and B.

11. Motherboard found. On the motherboard, there is a PCI Slot 1 and 2.


13.The Hard disk drive is connected to a SATA type connection. Yes, it is a flat ribbon
type of data cable that is only red filled. Yes, there is a power supply cable going to the
Hard disk drive. As the cables used are the SATA connector and flat ribbon data cable.

14. CPU chip is in a LGA775 socket while as most other chips are soldered on the
motherboard.

15. The CMOS battery is located near beside the Channel B Ram slot as it is in a
standing position rather than flat like seen on other motherboards.

With the Intel Express BIOS Update utility you can update the system BIOS while in
the Windows environment. The BIOS file is included in an automated update utility
that combines the functionality of the Intel Flash Memory Update Utility and the ease
of use of Windows-based installation wizards.
To update the BIOS with the Intel Express BIOS Update utility:
1. Go to the Intel World Wide Web site:
http://support.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/
2. Navigate to the Intel Desktop Board DG41TY page, click "[view] Latest BIOS
updates," and select the Express BIOS Update utility file.
3. Download the file to your hard drive. (You can also save this file to a removable
USB device. This is useful if you are updating the BIOS for multiple identical
systems.)
4. Close all other applications. This step is required. Your system will be rebooted at
the last Express BIOS Update window.
5. Double-click the executable file from the location on your hard drive where it was
saved. This runs the update program.
6. Follow the instructions provided in the dialog boxes to complete the BIOS update.
