Ultimate quality through intelligent detailed solutions
MEILLER tipping semitrailers are outstand-
ing due to their excellent driving and
tipping properties: the tipping semitrailer
drives safely on the road thanks to a low
overall centre of gravity and a stiff and
torsionally rigid frame structure. MEILLER
uses innovative running gears: they are
dynamically balanced and low mainte-
nance. Special axles for construction site
use round off the programme.

concept. This ensures they can be perfectly
matched to your individual operating
conditions. MEILLER tipper bodies tip
fast and safely. The lowering cycle is
further accelerated by a quick lowering
mechanism.
The tipping semitrailer is easy to fill due
to its low loading edge. The low dumping
edge makes tipping easier. Additionally,
the shortened overhang makes the tipping
semitrailer suitable for finishers.

Tip and lower safely and quickly: the pow-
erful original MEILLER hydraulics ensure a
high working speed. With the quick lower-
ing mechanism you save up to 40% time
when lowering. High overload reserves,
high initial lifting force and the low overall
centre of gravity make tipping safe. Long
guides reduce the piston tendency to kink.
The tilt alert warning system monitors the
tilt of the tipping semitrailer and warns the
driver early.

MEILLER tipper bodies are low wear for
heavy duty use: the bulbous shape gives
