Employment Agreement

This AGREEMENT made on ______day of__________________, 20__ , between


_______________________ having its principal place of business at 1208 West I-65 Service Road South,
Mobile, AL 36609. Whereas the Employer desires to obtain the benefit of the services of the Employee,
and the Employee desires to render such services on the terms and conditions set forth.

The parties agree as follows:

1. The Employee agrees that he will at all times faithfully, and to the best of his skill, ability, experience
and talents, perform all of the duties required of his position. In carrying out these duties and
responsibilities, the Employee shall comply with all standard Employer policies, procedures, rules and
regulations, both written and agreed upon by both parties. It is also understood and agreed to by the
employer that the employee assignment, duties and responsibilities does not go beyond what is offered
at time of hiring.

2. Position Title as a Virtual Assistant, the Employee is required to perform the duties selected in the
package and handle the job in a professional manner. Other duties may arise from time to time (within
the job description) in which the employer can make an offer pending the approval from management
of I work for you.

3. Compensation in full for all services provided by the employee shall be paid every 6 months. The
salary mentioned does not include the deduction of local/federal tax. All reasonable expenses arising
out of employment shall be reimbursed assuming same has been authorized prior to being incurred and
with the provision of appropriate approvals.

4. The Employee shall be entitled to vacations in the amount of 1 weeks per annum.

5. The Employer does not offer health care plans.

6. Trial period is understood and agreed that it lasts no longer than 7 consecutive days.

7. Performance Reviews The Employer may terminate the employee after the contract is finished.
Employer has option to choose another assistant during the time of contract. The Employee may at any
time terminate his employment by giving two week written notice to the Employer and management. If
owner is not able to provide services after a termination employer is entitled to a refund of the
remaining time of contract. Days are divided evenly minus a cost of $199.

8. The employee agrees to return any property (if any) at the time of termination.

9. It is further acknowledged and agreed that following termination for any reason the employer or
employee shall not hire or attempt to hire any current employees of this business. It is further
acknowledged and agreed that the employer or employee shall not continue to solicit to
anyone/business obtain by this company.

10. Both parties acknowledge there has been reasonable opportunity to obtain independent legal advice
with respect to this agreement, and that either has had such independent legal advice prior to executing
this agreement, or; has willingly chosen not to obtain such advice and to execute this agreement
without having obtained such advice.
11. A separate form outlines the services the employer will select. Anything outside of the job
description has to be approved and signed by parties of the employer and management of this
company.

12. It is understood that any password given or created on behave of the employer will be treated as
confidential. It will not be used to gain anything personal or business. Information needed to conduct
business will be handled securely.

13. Entire Agreement shall be used in the court of law should either party be feel there has been a
breach of contract. Any unpaid bills or lack of promise shall be brought to Alabama State Court for full
compensation.
