PROJECT DESCRIPTION

You will be paired with two other students. Together, you will use the papers you
wrote for Project 1 and Project 2 to create a new, cohesive narrative that ties your
stories together.
The catch? The final product must be something other than a traditional paper.

PROPOSAL 400/500 WORDS 25 PTS

Together with your partners, you will submit a proposal to our Google that both:
1. Explains how you will form a new narrative from your stories.
2. Describes what the final product will look like.

DRAFT 1 "LENGTH"AND FORM VARIES 25 PTS

The draft should provide a sense of where the final product is headed.
I will hold conferences with student pairs to provide feedback and a draft grade.

DRAFT2 CLASS PRESENTATIONS 50 PTS

Draft 2 will be presented to the class. Please plan for 8-minute presentations.

REFLECTION 600/800 WORDS 50 PTS

You will write your own reflection in which you consider:

1. The strategies you and your partners used to find commonality in your stories.
2. The brainstorming you did to determine what the remix would look like.
3. The obstacles you faced in the process and how you overcame them.
4. How the remix helped you to view your own story from a new perspective.
