JOIN THE SCIENCE

OLYMPIAD TEAM
Science Olympiad brings science to life, emphasizes problem solving and teamwork, and
promotes high levels of achievement and excellence. Students work in teams to solve
problems, build structures, test their scientific knowledge, and stimulate their creativity. All
club members will compete in the county Science Olympiad competition on Saturday,
March 3rd. This club is open to 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students who excel in science. There
are a limited number of spaces available. Due to popular demand, students will be selected
to join the club based on the quality of their application. Students must complete and return
the application to Mrs. Sandell by Thursday, October 12th. No late applications will be
accepted. Club members will be notified by Thursday, October 19th.
