GENERAL TERM AND CONDITIONS
- All the rate attached is Including Breakfast for 1 (one) or 2 (two) persons
- All the rate is including 21% prevailing tax and Service Charge
- All the rate only valid for FIT booking only

RATES RESTRICTION
1. The rates granted are confidential and room rates applicable to your company account.
Should the guest be paying by the personal account or extend their stay, corporate rate will
still be applied. We are pleased to supply accommodation for the period of the contract,
however during some special event periods, the promotional rates may be offered to the
general public by some hotels, and contracted rates may not be available surcharges may
apply for these periods, for example Idul Fitri , Christmas and New Year period, etc
2. Rates quoted are non commissionable.
3. Please note rates may change due to any changes in economical stability and as per Hotel
policy
4. All the rate not valid during city wide event
5. The offer outlined in this submission will not be available until a written acceptance has
been forward to the relevant National Sales Manager.

RESERVATION POLICES
Rate is applicable upon receiving advance reservation from your office. In case no prior reservation
has been made, presentation of guarantee letter from your company or company ID card is required,
otherwise the published rate shall apply.
Room reservation is subject to availability and confirmation of the respective hotel upon time of
reservation, therefore advance reservation is advisable. Generally, the confirmed reservation will be
held by the respective hotel only until 6 PM local time (exceptional may apply to some hotels),
unless the reservation is reconfirmed by the Guarantee Letter mentioning that no show fee can be
charged.

CHILDREN POLICY
No additional room charge for children under 05 years old sharing the room with parents, without
extra bed or breakfast.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

Any cancellation must be in written by email or fax with subject to approval of Archipelago
International. All no-shows and reservations not cancelled will be charged at the full contract rate
for the first night only. Please check the details of it when you make the reservation.

BILLING PROCEDURES
Advance deposit is required upon check-in for personal expenses.

CREDIT FACILITIES
1. In the event you may choose to establish credit facilities with hotel, a credit application form
for approval is available upon request.

 2. Credit facilities will only be granted once satisfactory credit references have been received
and approved. Application for credit should be made at least 15 working days before a
guests stay.
3. Credit terms are payment on receipt of invoice. Failure to issue payment within these terms
may result in credit facilities being withdrawn.

PAYMENT
1. Payment method must be stated at the time of booking.
2. Payment will made by the guest on departure, at the hotel, by cash or accepted credits
cards.
3. In case you do not have existing credit facilities with the hotel, reservation can be accepted
with pre-payment of one night deposit. Payment in full for all charges must be settled before
check-out in cash or by credit card unless separate written credit arrangements have been
agreed by both parties.

TAX & SERVICE CHARGE

The hotel reserves the right to adjust the rates here in agreed without notice in the event of tax
alteration by government and service charge amendments .

DISTRIBUTION
Rates in this agreement may not be used or display on any kind of Website, unless for the specific
and password-protected use of the employees of and consultants to the company signing this
agreement.

CONFIDIALITY AND EXCLUSIVITY

This contract remains confidential between the undersigned and designates clientele, and
shall not be disclosed to other third parties. Unauthorized disclosure of content will
automatically terminate this agreement.
Any amendment to this agreement shall not be valid until agreed in writing by authorized
Archipelago Internationals Management and Internet restriction: In the CV. MEGA POWER
ides to use internet as a medium of promotion, Archipelago International Indonesia must be
notified in advance for approval, otherwise CV. MEGA POWER can only feature rack rate or
endorsed package programs.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
ARCHIPELAGO INTERNATIONALs properties and the client agree to each carry adequate liability and
other insurance protecting itself against any claims arising from any activities conducted in the
retreat during the period of accommodation. The performance of the agreement by either party is
subject to acts of nature, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of
transportation facilities, or any other emergency making it illegal or impossible to provide the
facilities contracted.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT PROCEDURES
Check in time is from 2.00 PM and check-out time is at 12.00 AM. Extension of check-out time until
18.00 hours is subject to space availability and will be charge 50% based on contract rates. Check-out
after 18.00 hours is subject to one night room charge at contracted rate.

ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation made within 3 days prior to arrival or in case of no show a full nights booking
charge will be applied.

ROOM REQUEST
Room request is subject to the availability at the mutual agreed rate, between the company and the
hotel. The company shall direct all reservations to favehotels Banjarbaru direct phone or email. For
further requirement of the reservation tools above, please contact our Sales Manager.

CONTRACT VALIDITY & EXPIRATION DATE

Any inquiry for contract extension must be submitted at least one month prior to expiration date.
Both parties have the right to terminate the agreement before the expiration date by giving one
month prior written notice to the other party.

Kindly acknowledge your acceptance by signing and returning one set of this agreement within 14
days from date of issuance. Should we not receive your acceptance thereafter, this agreement will
be considered null and void. Should you receive direct corporate rates from any of our properties
with different rates, kindly inform us for further clarification.
