ELIGIBILITY :

A pass in Graduation & a minimum score of 400 in MAT or equivalent score in any other
Entrance Exam, e.g. JCCAT/XAT/RMAT/CAT, etc.
Those who do not meet this criteria, they will have to appear for MSB-CET to qualify for
admission.
Students, whose final graduation result is not yet declared, will be given provisional admission &
th
they wil have to submit the proof of passing Graduation exams latest by 30 September 10.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Based on the MAT/CAT Score, the students will be called for GD/PI.
The students will be given a complete brief about the Institute through a power point
presentation.
It wil be followed by GD & PI.
The students will be required to purchase the Prospectus (Costing Rs. 200/-) & fil up the
application form.
Based on their performance in GD, PI, MAT Score & Graduation, the short listed students wil be
given provisional admission.
The students with good performance wil be awarded scholarship.

WHAT IS INDUSTRY INTEGRATED?

Industry Integrated is an Industry – Oriented Course & is different from normal MBA in the sense that the
students will be sent to the relevant Industries to work on live projects after every semester. The duration
of the internships between the semesters may be increased depending upon the requirements of the
industry and availability of the students. The students get a chance to relate to the academic theories
and thereby they learn about the application of knowledge to their workplace, at the same time it
increases their learning quotient. Consequently, the students wil have industry experience of more than
one year at the time of their passing out. Also if the students perform well in the industry during this
period, there is every chance of these students being absorbed by the same organization.

Document Required For GD-PI

The photocopies of the following documents (duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or Notary Public) have
to be submitted along with the first semester fee:
10th, 10+2, & Graduation Mark Sheet/Certificates.
MAT Score card
Character, Transfer/Migration & Medical Certificates.
The original documents wil be required after the commencement of the session, which will be returned

Dr. Raman Kumar (Our Dean)

Dr. Kumar is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur and doctorate in Applied Finance, his area of
specialization. He is also on the panel of guides for M.Phil. and Ph.D. programme in management of
Vinayaka Mission University, Salem. He possesses vast experience in corporate as well as academics.
Earlier, he has been Chief Consultant with M/s Business Planners Ltd and has wide experience handling
assignments of preparation of Techno-Economic Feasibility Reports, devising financial control systems,
sick industrial rehabilitation, tax management etc.
On academic front he worked with ICFAI, prior to joining MSB, and has been on the panel of visiting
faculty with several prestigious institutions like Rajendra Agricultural University, Pusa, ICAI, NMIMS, to
name a few. He has contributed several articles in research journals. A few among them are “Brand
Accounting – A Conceptual Framework”, and “Measuring Economic Value through Accounting” in the
research journal, „Ideal Research Review ; “Study of Value at Risk (VaR) in Banking Industry – A
