Studio 20 Rp 980.000,- Rp. 720.000 Net

Note:
The above contract rate is subject to change with prior notice.

The above rates are inclusive:

21% prevailing Government Tax and Service Charge
Daily Breakfast for maximum 02 Persons at ROCA Restaurant
Complimentary Internet access WI-FI
Contract rate not valid during New Year and other Long Weekend / School Holiday
period ( The rate will using the Published Rate )
There will be no additional charges breakfast for children under 5 years old, 50% will
be charge for 5 years above, and 100% charge for 12 years

1. The hotel reserves the right to adjust the rate agreed within the contract period in
the event of tax alterations by Government and Service charge amendments

2. The above rates are Non Commissionable

3. Check In & Check Out Policy

Check In Time 02.00 PM
Check Out Time 12.00 PM
Late Check out after 01.00 PM will be charge 50 % from the contracted room
rates (Upon request & based on room availability)
Late Check out after 06.00 PM will be charge 100 % from the contracted room
rates (Upon request & based on room availability)

Reservation made by the company who have the Credit facility from ARTOTEL
Jakarta Thamrin can be using a Guarantee letter. The company must issue the
guarantee letter and send to the ARTOTEL Jakarta Thamrin one (1) day before
guest arrival
Reservation made by the company who does not have Credit Facility from
ARTOTEL Jakarta Thamrin can be accepted if ARTOTEL Jakarta Thamrin
receive 50% deposit payment from the total stay and the total balance must be
settled by the guest or company before guest check out.
If ARTOTEL Jakarta Thamrin have n
check in, ARTOTEL Jakarta Thamrin may apply Walk In Guest Rate to the
guest(s) and the payment must be settled prior guest check out.
ARTOTEL Jakarta Thamrin has the right to cancel the reservation that has been
confirmed and apply cancellation policy for any Guaranteed room reservation at
06.00 PM unless notification of late arrival is inform to ARTOTEL Jakarta
Thamrin one (1) day before arrival.
ARTOTEL Jakarta Thamrin has the right to cancel the reservation for Non
Guaranteed room reservation one (1) day before arrival or by the latest at 03.00
PM on the date of arrival.

 5. Cancellation Policy
The charge will be applied if the cancellation notice is received by the hotel:
50% charge from the total room charges, if the cancellation is receive within 24
hours for individual guest and seven (7) days for group prior to the arrival
100% charge from the total room charges, if the cancellation is received on the
same day of arrival for individual and seventy two (72) hours for group prior to
the arrival
100% charge from the total room charges, if the guest or group is not coming to
the hotel/ NO SHOW

6. Payment Policy
The hotel request Full settlement for all charges before guest check out.
Company who have Credit facility with the hotel. Final Balance payment must
be settled no later than 14 ( fourteen) days after invoice has been received by
the company
Company who do not have Credit Facility with the hotel. Full payment is
required before guest check in
Credit Card authorization / Cash deposit will be require upon check in for
anticipated miscellaneous charges unless guarantee letter stated all charged
including personal incidentals will be covered by the company
Hotel accept the payment by Cash, Credit Card or Bank Transfer
