THE PROBLEM This letter serves as an official verbal warning for excessive tardiness.

1) Failed Seri Pacific Hotel Interview because of body odour.

2) I was told by the Supervisor of Hilton Hotel Kuala Lumpur you do

not take their instructions. You have failed to do 15 rooms when
you were in Hilton Hotel Kuala Lumpur while others can.

3) 3rd chance was given to you to work as Public Area Attendant at

Eastin Hotel Penang. Supervisor complained that you does not
listen to them ever after we the warning and counsel. You have been
missing during night shift and does not answer your walkie talkie.
Assistance Housekeeper Mr. Harris asked to replace you.

IMPACT ON UNIT Its important to take instructions from your Supervisor. Our image
will be tarnished if you act against the instructions. The instruction is
basically the same for each Hotel regardless the location. If you didnt
take the instruction seriously they will complain to our Company.
Furthermore, by refusing to take the instruction, you will only causes
a disruption in the operation of the Hotel.

STATEMENT OF You are expected to follow every instructions given by the Hotel
EXPECTATION AND Management. You are also expected to change your attitude.

FUTURE BEHAVIOUR you still behave the same.
