COURSE OUTCOMES:

At the end of the COURSE, the students should be able to:

1. Organise teleconferencingusing teleconferencing procedures & tools.

2. Use the communication software and devices

3. Use various types of sources information to organise the data

4. Create Web page by finding suitable web development language.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This COURSE is an introduction to perform teleconferencing using tools and equipment such as telephone, meeting agenda etc. so that the
teleconferencing can be conducted according to the standard.Perform online communications using tools and equipments such as pc, application
software, internet etc. so that the online communication can be conducted according the company.Manage sources of information using the
resources like phone book, yellow pages etc. so that all the information are collected, organized and sorted in a format according to standard
requirement.Perform web page developing by using computer, hardware, webpage language software. so that a viewable page is created.
