KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT---

I, ADRIANO S. OLIVA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of No. 26 Scout Barrio,
Baguio City, Philippines, I am the true and lawful owner/Occupant of a stall at the Baguio City
Orchidarium and Ornamentals located at Burnham Park, Baguio City, Philippines.

I have maintained the allocated space and stall since 1989.

I hereby WAIVE, TRANSFER, RELINQUISH, CEDE, and CONVEY, all my rights and
interests in a manner ABSOLUTE, the above-mentioned stall located at the Baguio City
Orchidarium and Ornamentals located at Burnham Park, Baguio City, Philippines, thereon to
my son ARNELIO F. OLIVA, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and a resident of 26 Scout
Barrio, Baguio City, Philippines, free from any and all liens or encumbrance, whatsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we set our hands this 14th day of March 2016 at Baguio city
