Lesson idea implementation:

The teacher will play the PowerPoint for the entire classroom and everyone will follow along. As the students
are following along and listening to the PowerPoint as well as watching, the students will shout out which
color they see when asked. Once the PowerPoint is over, the students will then play a matching game with
real life objects or to extend on a higher level, on the computer (such as Kahoot) and see if they can match
the color to the shape. This lesson should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

This lesson can be taken to a higher level by having the students draw an object of any kind (letting them use
their imagination) with their favorite color that we just learned. I will conclude the lesson by asking all of the
students as a whole the colors again by playing the PowerPoint over again. I will watch and see if the students
who were not vocalizing their answers the first time, do it this time. The students will be provided feedback
by taking an assessment at the end of the week to see if they remember the colors.
