METHODOLOGY
The prospectve inductees will be taken through various interventons, stretch assignments, book,
artcle and video reviews coaching and trainings covering self-awareness and the business and internal
processes of the incumbent organizaton. At the end of each week, recruits will sit for assessment tests;
further to which the class pass mark will be determined by the class performance while not falling
below a recommended percentage by the host organizaton.
During the course of the programme, inductees will be asked to prepare term paper(s) which class
partcipants will present at various periods and at the end of their inducton. The prospectve
inductees will be taken through various interventons, stretch assignments, book reviews and trainings
covering the businesses and internal processes of the incumbent organizaton. At the end of each
week, recruits will sit for tests.

Adedoyin Adebayo
An alumnus, University of Ibadan-Nigerias premier university, where he got his B.Sc. in Geography. Doyin is
an expert business development and business model strategist. He has extensive work experiences from
Nigerian Insttute of Social and Economic Research (NISER), Executve-Toolkit Peak Performance Coaches and
Zenith Bank Plc. His career in banking industry spanned several aspects of banking including Business
Development, Sales and Marketng, Banking Operatons, Treasury Operatons and Customer Service. Doyin
has undergone several trainings in Credit and Risk Management, Sales and Sales Management, Business
Development, Customer Service Management and many others.
Also during his stay in the Bank,he was so resourceful that he was made the branch training officer where he
had the responsibilites of training new recruits, organizing and facilitatng in-house training programmes for

Obafemi Akinwale

Africa and several others.
He is a certfied management consultant (CMC), a member of the chartered insttute of purchasing and supply, UK

Obiora Ifeanyi Akujieze


Obiora holds a BSc in Economics (First Class Honours) from the University of Ibadan and is a licensed Associate
(ACA) of the Insttute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has several years of experience spanning across
several industries as Consultng, Banking and FMCG. Obiora started his career with Intercontnental Bank Plc (Now

Standardisaton: Achieved 99.9% forecast accuracy during Fiscal Year 2011 and 2012 along with improved
productvity.Inventory Model change from the Regional Entrepreneur (RE) Model to Local Entrepreneur (LoE)
model: Achieved seamless transiton across models. This led to a reduced Inventory holding days of Regional
distributors, out-of-Stock reducton by 50% and $1 million savings. He pioneered the development& deployment
of a Compettve Intelligence Department for Sub-Saharan Africa- Increased the level of external focus within
P&G Nigeria leading to significant improvement in forecast accuracy amongst others.
