velopment and maintenance. Accurate and timely reporting in compliance with state and federal requirements.
ASSESSMENT & RECOMMENDATION: Collaborate with administration from multiple agencies, conducting
surveys and needs analyses; serve as primary point of contact and policy expert, facilitating discussions on oper-
ational needs and goals and system integration and efficiencies. Conduct retrospective sessions to implement a
process of continuous improvement and surface root causes.

Responsible for coordination, oversight and quarterly and annual reporting of activities and expenditures funded by
Adult Education Block Grant (AEBG) funding ($14M+ annually) at seven school districts, the County Office of Ed u-
cation and three local colleges. Served as Project Director over $520K Data and Accountability funds exploring inte-
grated, county-wide solutions, ensuring compliance with reporting and data sharing of WIOA and AEBG elements.
Achievements:
Understand each districts programs and goals, and ensure alignment with consortium goals.
Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive change and positive outcomes, communicating
complex topics and concepts to audiences of varying knowledge levels.
Proactively support stakeholders as liaison, setting a vision of collaboration.
Negotiate and oversee a variety of contracts.
Serve as local policy expert, primary point of contact, ensure on-time deliverables.
Served the Self Sufficiency Program by conducting needs assessments, confirming eligibility requirements for state and
federal grants (TANF, SNAP, ERDC), and collaborating with partner agencies and community program providers.
Achievements:
Contributed to accuracy rate of 98% and increased participation rate by 12% within a quarter.
Served as Site Coordinator for Governors Food Drive placing second in the county by raising over $30,000.
Coordinated with Senior Executives for the development and production of media releases, business proposals,
special events and marketing collateral.
Developed updates to internet, intranet and print media. Served as Communications Coordinator developing
marketing materials and activities for United Way drive raising over $180,000.
