Events report October 2017

Since last newsletter.

Sat 9th Sept. Long Riders Family Fun Day.
There were some beautiful bikes and cars on display. We had 5 members cars, thanks for
coming, and had the rocker cover race track set up to promote the tin run.
I think the bikers had as much fun with it as the kids did!
Sunday 10th Sept Broke village fair.
Wow what a huge day! I think it might have been the biggest show yet.
We had (by my count) 27 cars, great effort folks and a great day was had by all. Again a
special thanks to those who helped put the day together.

Sat 16th Sept, Toranafest, brunch BBQ.
Dave and Rose hosted a BBQ for the Torana folks before they headed off on the cruise and
Garry Spicer, Ron, Russell and myself lent a hand to feed the hoards.
Sunday 17th September. Gresford show n shine.
Nice relaxing day, a couple of trophies won by Shauns HQ.
Sunday 24th September. Spring Cruz-in.
The wind was a tad strong, to say the least but we had another great day regardless. Some
of the ladies went to Oscars Cafe for a relaxing lunch while the rest of us had a BBQ.
There were about 18 club cars there. These days are what the clubs about, get your car
out, drive it, meet like minded people and socialise with other club members. Who knows,
you might make a few friends.
