Order Create

Double click on create then select order type PM05 Calibration Order with the help of F4 or click on
radio button of possible entry & select see fig 6.1

Priority as per your requirement

Select the equipment for which calibration order required

Enter Planning plant

Press enter to go on next screen

Type order header text for order description

Planner group

Maintenance work centre

Basic start date on this date order generate for calibration

Basic finish date order finish date

In control key Select PM01 (Plant maintenance internal)

Above fields are shown by arrow in Fig 6.2 & the possible entries can be entered from popup list with

the help of F4 or click on radio button it found right side of block it appear after clicking in
block control key should be PM01 i.e. Plant Maintenance Order Internal

Enter operation task list from top popup menu bar see Fig 6.3 & 6.4

Here we enter the task list which is prepared earlier for how to create task list see general maintenance

Click on execute (F8) Button in operation selection window click on All tab in Fig 6.8

After selecting all operation selection screen appear kept task list factor default i.e. 1

So click on all tab see Fig 6.9

After click on all selection tab task list is being included with the order to conform this see on bottom of
screen the message displayed in Fig 6.10

Now release the order it scheduled as per activity start date entered in fig 6.2

After release click on save button, order no appear on the screen see at bottom Fig 6.12

Order can be cross check in order list with the help of transaction code IW39 Display order list

Select outstanding order

Order type PM05 Calibration Maintenance Order & Date (Fig 6.13)

Then execute (F8) order displayed in list with it basic start date which entered in fig 6.2

Double click on order when you want to execute it.
