A BIGGER VISION

The more extensive approach to the project allows for a

three-fold increase in habitat restoration.

All hardscape is removed and much of the site regraded, allowing for the
restoration of a more diverse plant palette. The pool area is excavated to
re-create the original wetlands habitat, with the recovered fill soils placed
around the summit and family housing terrace to restore a range of
serpentine habitats.

MAXIMUM RESTORATION

1 Complete hazardous materials cleanup.

2 Remove structures, hazards, and debris.

3 Remove asphalt hardscape and improve water infiltration.

4 Restore native plant habitat on all disturbed areas.

5 Remove remaining hardscape and soften slope edges.

6 Excavate fill, restore wetland, and naturalize slopes.
