INTRODUCTION

Background of the study

Technology truly makes people exciting and enjoyable. The power and

effectiveness of a computer can be significantly enhanced through an electronic

communication like with the computer. Information system is one of the most frequently

use network by businessman and others, and plays a very important rule in

businessman daily life. Especially in communication behaviors such as gathering,

exchanging, and discussing information.

System is designed and built to make the process of information such as

input, record and dissemination, faster and easier for everyone.

The checking of attendance using barcode reader its new because less

of time, and easily to check the attendance of students, And with the use of barcode

reader and you can input the name of your student for their own record. You can see

the record on the system that provide. I design this kind of system to easily manage the

time of every class, and the student they can easily input their name, course, subject

And they can also swipe their ID, to record if they are absent or present in the class

because of that the teacher can manage the system if anything problem with the

system. I hope with this kind of process, I can help thus teacher want a fast and

consume time to teach their student. This kind of system we need a barcode reader to

detect the barcode ID of every student and for me us a student. I know this technology

its help our teacher and easy way to check every attendance of their student.
Objectives of the Study

General objectives

Improvement in control and performance the system is developed to easily

Manage the system because with this kind of system that we could check of attendance

using barcode reader, you can easy manage the attendance of every student that enroll

in that subject. To gain more a less of time and I know this kind of capstone many of

student was invented this kind of system but for me I want to help many teacher that

they want an easily to teach their student.

Specific Objectives

1. Secure, organize, and maintain records and information for guidance office.
2. Decrease or lessen the time spent for searching students information and doing
some transactions of guidance office.
3. Maintain stable and efficient software that effectively meets the needs of the
office.
4. Provides graphical presentation for statistical reports and DSS.

Significance of the Study

The system is developed and also to help the teacher of their daily needs,

because the teacher want a fastest teaching of their student, because if they want to

quiz they can easily manage their time and they can record the whole information of

student. The system is a full of effectiveness to handle the record of every student
inside the class. The student can easily swipe their ID because of that less noise and

also the teacher they can manage the system anytime, anywhere they want.

Scope and Limitation

The scope of the study focuses on the preparation of the system necessary for

Establish the checking of attendance using barcode reader and the specific background

of a system or information. They would provide a barcode reader to detect the barcode

ID of the student enroll in that subject, and they can easily check the system if anything

problem with the record of the student.

The following terms are operationally defined as used in this study.

serve the easily and fastest record of the student and

with use of barcode reader.

It means that the teacher responsible if anything

problem to the system.

It means is to advertise your system to see other

people how effectiveness.

Functionality

It means that the functionality of the system is

working and anything problem they can manage also.
