RFP for Construction of Six lane Vadodara Kim Expressway from Km 355.00 to Km 378.740 (Padra
to Vadodara Section of Vadodara Mumbai Expressway) in the State of Gujarat under NHDP Phase -
VI on EPC mode (Phase IA-Package I)

The National Highways Authority of India is engaged in the development of National Highways and
as part of this endeavour, it has been decided to undertake construction of Six lane Vadodara Kim
Expressway from Km 355.00 to Km 378.740 (Padra to Vadodara Section of Vadodara Mumbai
Expressway) in the State of Gujarat under NHDP Phase - VI on EPC mode (Phase IA-Package I)
through an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.
The National Highways Authority of India represented by its Chairman now invites bids from eligible
contractors for the following project:

The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from official portal of NHAI
http://www.nhai.org or e-procurement portal of NHAI http://etenders.gov.in from 09.08.2017 to
25.09.2017 (upto 11.00 Hrs. IST). Bid must be submitted online only at http://etenders.gov.in on or
before 25.09.2017 (upto 1100 hours IST). Bids received online shall be opened on 26.09.2017 (at 1130
hours IST).
Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, Document fee, Power of
Attorney, Joint Bidding Agreement etc. shall be submitted physically by the Bidder on or before
26.09.2017 (upto 1100 hours IST), Please note that the National Highways Authority of India reserves
the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
