Dear Sir/Madam,

Im writing in regard to the coach trip I have made recently with your company. I would like to
present you the noumerus problems I had during the journeys course that Easy Coach
organized the last 20th September to the Arese Schopping Center in NewCastle .

Firstly, the trip lasted at least three hours more than it was estimated and the seats were
uncomftable and dirty. Not only this, morever the drivers were really rude and impolite. There
was overbooking and they did nothing to manage better the situation. Lots of people made the
bus route being seat down in the corridor what could have been really dangerous for
everyones lives.

One of the reasons I had your company was that you announced a reliable, fast and
enjoyable trip. It did not reach not even the minimun of the cosumers expectations about
the servic e. When all we came to the shopping center we found almost all the shops closed
and we didnt see any of the chic brands were also advertisement as well.

Due to all these shamefull incidents I would like to refund all the full cost of the trip.
