DESCRIPTION

Thisprojectis Phase4 of a multi-phasedprojectto convertformer Navyhangarsto civilianusefor Brunswick


ExecutiveAirport (BXM). These projectswill improve efficiency,utility, and the expected lifespanof the
hangars. Phase1 includedimprovementsto both Hangars4 and 5. lmprovementsin Phase1 included
upgradesto hangardoors,floor refinishing,installationof LEDlighting,and wall modificationsto satisfyfire
codes. Phase1 was completed in 2015. Phase2 will be completedin }OLGand includesinstallationof
radiantheatingsystemsin Hangars4 and 5. Phase3 completesthe improvementsto Hangar4.

Phase4 will completeimprovementsto Hangars5 & 6. Thisprojectwill correctADA,life safetyand building


code discrepancies, make repairsand modificationsto existingelectricaland mechanicalsystemsfor more
efficiency,and coat floorsand paint wallsto makethe spacemore attractivefor potentialtenants.
