BIOGRAPHICAL DATA

Charlie C. San Juan was born on May 17, 1992 at San Fernando, Pampanga. He is

the eldest child among the three children of Mr. Angelito J. San Juan and Mrs. Olivia C.

San Juan. He is currently residing at 053, 96th Street, General Trias, Cavite.

He finished elementary at Diego Mojica Memorial School in 2004 and finished

high school at Governor Ferrer Memorial National High School in 2008.

In 2012, he enrolled at Cavite State University-Rosario Campus and took up

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.

He successfully earned his degree in October 2016.

BIOGRAPHICAL DATA

John Anthony B. Bedico was born on September 4, 1991. He is the youngest son

of Antonio A. Bedico and Emma B. Bedico. He resides at Family Ville Subdivision,

Bucal, Tanza, Cavite.

In 2004, he finished elementary at Tejeros Convention Elementary School in

Rosario, Cavite. In 2008, he finished high school at Amaya School of Home Industries in

Sahud-Ulan Tanza, Cavite.

He enrolled in the vocational course of Associate in Computer Technology at

Cavite State University-Rosario Campus in 2008. Eventually, he pursued a degree course

on BS in Information Technology in the same campus in 2013.

He successfully earned his degree in April 2016.

BIOGRAPHICAL DATA

John Paul V. Prodigalidad was born on January 14, 1995. He is the eldest son of

Fredilyn V. Prodigalidad and Lamberto G. Prodigalidad. He resides at Bagbag I,

Greenfield Subdivision, Rosario, Cavite.

He finished his elementary education at Rosario Elementary School in Rosario,

Cavite in 2007. Then in 2011, he finished high school at Rosario National High School in

Rosario, Cavite.

In 2012, he enrolled at Cavite State University-Rosario Campus in Rosario,

Cavite and took up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.

He successfully earned his degree in April 2016.

The study was conducted from January 2015 to March 2016 to develop an online

library management system. Specifically, the study aimed: 1) design and develop the

logical and user interface of the online library management system; 2) test and evaluate

the online library management system; 3) and deploy the system through internet.

The developers used the interactive model of system development for the

methodology. The planning, analysis, design phase were performed continuously until

the system was developed for evaluation and implementation.

The system was evaluated by 30 participants, composed of IT experts, librarian,

teachers and students of CvSU-Rosario. The online library management system gained a

total score of 93/100, suggesting an outstanding performance and characteristics.
