I. PUPIL DEVELOPMENT
1. 100% of the pupils were promoted to the next grade level.
2. 100% of the pupils in Grade III and Grade VI took the NAT last March 11 and
13, respectively.
3. 100% of the pupils took the Fourth Grading Test .
4. 100% of the pupils took the Post Test.

II. STAFF DEVELOPMENT


1. Four teachers were assigned as proctor during the NAT in Prieto Diaz and
Gubat North, March 11 & 13
2. The TIC attended the 10th Mobile School Heads Meeting in Casili ES , March 21.
3. All meetings called for by the district were attended by school coordinators.
4. All the teachers attended the Orientation on Fire Safety at Gubat South Central
School,March 14

III. CURRICULUM
1. Encyclopedia and other reading materials were provided in the Learning
resource center.
2. E-Learning is continuously being used in teaching lessons in the intermediate
classes.
3. Television in Grades I & II are being used in teaching the lessons in Reading ,
Math and Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao ( film Showing)

remedial instruction in the afternoon.

11.Twenty three (22) pupils finished their 7- Saturday sessions in MTAP at
Gubat South Central School.
12.Three Grade III pupils participated in the Division MTAP Elimination held in
Gubat North Central School, January 16.
13.Early Registration among Kindergarten, Grade I and OSC were conducted

14.100% pupils were weighed for the Endline result, ( 2% increase) in the
Nutritional Status of the Pupils
