RECOMMENDATION
ABSTRACT

The most important practical done was to visit each and every department and teach about each and
every production ,husbandry and to hold varoious demonstration in which it also assisted me to learn
more.

the big challenge was that the climate of the area was too hot that sometimes could make extension
agents not to perform their work effectively.

the extension officers had work load since they had a large area to cover.

good relationship between the extension agents and farmers ought to exist so as to contribute to the
succces.

the management should employ workers to reduce the work load.
