Eclypsia France, whose office is at 12 rue de Presbourg, 75116 Paris, Eclypsia ;

AND
Streamer
 This contract sets out the terms and conditions of your streaming activity with Eclypsia.

I. Starting date

Your streaming sessions with Eclypsia will commence on the Commencement Date,
which will be communicated to you by October 10, and will continue until terminated by one or
other of the parties as specified in this agreement.

II. Job description and duties

2.1 Your duty is to stream for Eclypsia on twitch.com/eclypsiatvlol.

2.2 Each streaming session is three hours long.

2.3 The streaming schedule is determined several days in advance with the program
Manager.

2.4 You warrant that you are entitled to stream for Eclypsia.

2.5 You must ensure a minimum quality standard as regards to your streaming session.
This includes decent internet connection and basic interaction with the viewers.

III. Location

3.1 You are permitted to stream from any place you wish, providing it meets the minimum
standard of quality defined in article 2.5.

IV. Revenues

4.1 You will earn a fixed amount of 40 per session. Your will be paid monthly in arrears
by electronic transfer.

4.2 All donations handed out to you during your streaming sessions will be reversed to
you monthly.

4.3 You will be notified in writing of any changes to the rate of your salary

 V. Other employment

5.1 You must devote the whole of your time, attention and abilities during your paid
streaming sessions to Eclypsia.

5.2 You are entirely free to do anything you wish outside your streaming sets for Eclypsia.
This includes streaming and professional gaming.

5.3 You are not entitled to any non-competition clause of any kind to Eclypsia.

VI. Notification of absence

6.1 If you cannot stream on your given sets for any reason you must inform the channel
manager as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours before your scheduled start
time.

VII. Health and Safety

7.1 You are required to comply with the health and safety rules and procedures relating
to your activity.

VIII. Notice of termination

8.1 You can stop streaming for Eclypsia anytime you want. Nonetheless, you are required
to give Eclypsia 48 hours in advance a written notice of termination.

IX. Confidentiality

9.1 You are to not divulge or disclose to any persons, firm or organisation, (except as
required by Eclypsia) any confidential commercial or confidential technical
information relating to Eclypsia.

X. Intellectual Property

10.1 The definitions in this clause apply in this agreement:

Intellectual Property Rights: all content produced by you and exclusively

during your paid sets hours on twitch.tv/eclypsiatvlol.

10.2 Eclypsia does not retain any rights whatsoever on any content outside of the streams
produced on twitch.tv/eclypsiatvlol. All content produced during your streams on
Eclypsiatvlol may be used by Eclypsia for further use.

The contract shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of France and
shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
