Bhadri and I worked together on a project to install SAP at multiple factory sites. I was in charge of key user and
end user training on the project. Bhadri was on the project as a technical resource. Bhadri was asked to step in and
do the training on the MM module.

Although Bhadri was not given much time to prepare for his training assignment, he managed to prepare materials
and do an excellent job presenting the information. Bhadri took the extra step to make sure the SAP information he
was giving had a connection to the information the attendees in the class already knew. The class was not a pure
SAP presentation but rather was a practical class showing how the business information related to the SAP
implementation. Bhadri gives very clear explanations to difficult topics.November 8, 2011
