Introduction
It is important to have an area intended for the growing of plants using different
techniques and in more or less artificial environments depending on the required
soil characteristics. The main objective of its production is the beautification of the
hotels interior or exterior spaces.
For a high profile hotel as the Royaltons to have excellent quality gardens, it is
necessary to have a top-notch nursery, with selected plants, and with the required
plant pathology and fertilization treatment. The former hotel had a nursery that had
already fulfilled its purpose and was in poor condition; there were no plants to use
in the green areas, and for that reason the Team Garden Company took the
initiative of recovering it. Currently, the nursery has over 50,000 plants, ornamental
trees and shrubs.
One of the goals in the nursery is to produce Swietenia sp, Tabebuia sp and
Delinix regia, among other species from the area.
Mission
The mission of the nursery at the Royalton Saint Lucia is to produce ornamental
plants and native trees of excellent quality, that meet the standards set up by the
chain, and international standards, with the purpose of protecting the environment
and providing our customers with excellent quality.
Being the best producer, at the national level, of the various plant species, native
and ornamental, suitable for the Gardens of the Hotel. All of the previous, based on
quality standards that allow us to expand the distribution channels, and therefore
continue contributing to the preservation of the environment, with responsibility and
human quality.

increase appreciation and adoption of personal skills towards sustainable
management of the lagoon, encouraging tourists participation in environmental
initiatives, while promoting environmental awareness on the visitors. A space that
can provide more attention and information as possible to the natural environment
where they are and can be equipped with the following:
