Question 22

Write one paragraph of at least five sentences on something that has

happened in our book so far that has made you feel sad for Louis. Give at
least one specific example from the book as you explain your feelings.

Your Answer:

I felt disappointed when Louis tried to beep at Sam to no avail, and ended up
undoing his shoelace instead. I immediately knew that this swan could never
live normally. I also felt slightly blue when his father describes to him his
differences. The way that the author describes Louis' train of thought really
had good detail to help with the feeling of sadness. Of course, Louis' little
inner deformity has brought almost nothing but greatness upon him.
