SYNOPSIS This course discusses the theories and techniques of planning,


relationship between planning at micro/project and macro/sector
levels, project cycle and project analysis from economic, financial,
commercial and social points of view. Project evaluation techniques;
traditional and discounting methods will be discussed together with
application of economic and social accounting prices and issues in
project planning and evaluation.

perancangan, perhubungan antara perancangan pada peringkat
mikro/projek dan peringkat makro/sektor, kitaran projek dan analisis
projek dari segi ekonomi, kewangan, komersial dan sosial.

pendiskaunan juga akan dibincangkan bersama-sama penggunaan
harga perakaunan ekonomik dan sosial dan isu-isu dalam
