Large Cyclones 35D-43B
Operation
Air containing dust enters the Cyclone
inlet moving in linear flow. As it enters
the inlet annulus it establishes a vortex
with an axial component in the direction
of the dust discharge.
The cyclone separates the dust particles
from the air by means of centrifugal force
exerted on the particles in the vortex
flow, tending to drive the particles to the
wall of the cyclone body. The particles at
the wall move toward the dust discharge
at the bottom of the cone by virtue of the
axial component of the vortex flow. The
dust particles then drop into the dust
catch-effectively- a controlled tornado at
work.

The Dustvents Integral Cyclone dust collector is

Engineers have integrated the Cyclone, the Blower
and the After-Filter into a product without peer.
