DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This deed is executed by and between:

MARIA RENIE V. BINGAT, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Claro M Recto St.
Barangay 1, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, hereinafter referred to as SELLER;

ROMEO T. VALDEZ, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Basilio St., Melendez
Subdivision, Barangay 1 Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, hereinafter referred to as
BUYER;

WITHNESSETH:

That the SELLER is the lawful owner of a motor vehicle with Certification of
Registration (CR) No. 181957772 issued on June 6, 2016 and Official Receipt No.
11346715971 dated June 08, 2017 issued by Land Transportation Office (LTO), which
is more particularly described as follows:

Financing;

That the seller hereby oblige himself to pay the remaining balance of the
financing so that the chattel mortgage on the said motor vehicle shall be released;

That the seller hereby guarantees and assure that the vehicle is not mortgage
to other lending institutions and free from third party liability;

That for and in consideration of the sum ofFIVE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND
PESOS (?590,000.00) Philippine currency,in hand paid to the SELLER in full
satisfaction and the SELLER acknowledged to have received from the BUYER, by virtue
of these presents, do hereby SELL, CONVEY, and TRANSFER unto the said BUYER, his
heirs, assigns and successors in interest, the abovementioned motor vehicle.
