Tasks:

1. Check for the certification requirements on the ITIL website.

2. To prepare for the exam, you can:
- Attend training class
o Check if there is any training class scheduled in iLearn (organized by
Schlumberger segment/function)
o Search for public courses offered at your location (ensure they are
Accredited Training Organization)
- Self study
o Some external training organizations provide self paced online
training. Contact them for more information
o Online e-learning courses offered by Skillsoft. See the list in the
Reference section. They are available in iLearn.
3. Register for the exam offered by external accredited Examination Institutes.
4. After you pass the exam, mark this task as done in iLearn.
5. Present the certificate to your manager
6. Your manager will validate and sign off this OJT in iLearn.
