Investor Management Services continues to break performance records in Q3, including growing
revenue and on-boarding new customers as well as continuing its industry-leading product
innovation.

growth in the third quarter resulting in IMS more than doubling its revenue in less than three quarters.
This rapid growth is the result of increased product innovation, market adoption of investor management
software solutions, and IMS's leadership position in the market.

IMS continued to expand its customer base in the third quarter of 2017 as measured by both number of
new customers and revenue. Customers depend on IMS to enable, manage, and scale their businesses for
the full lifetime of an asset - from acquisition to disposition.

In addition to growing revenue and number of customers, IMS set record speed of on-boarding as well as
customers running their entire distribution workflow, including supporting complex waterfall scenarios,
through the platform.

IMS released significant new software updates and features including the industry leading CRM
automated email tracking tool, improved investor experience for rolling up multiple entity views, and the
industry's first full asset level distribution waterfalls, all while continuing to deliver best in class, reliable
and secure cloud infrastructure.

IMS also launched a new website with a resource center to provide a platform for sharing industry
thought leadership, success stories, and learnings.

IMS also continued to grow their team with key strategic additions in product development, customer
success, and sales including a new head of software engineering, Mikhail Gavryuchkov. Mr. Gavryuchov
joins IMS after nearly twenty years in the Bay area with Walmart Labs, eBay, and Netflix.
