PTFE MANUFACTURING MATERIAL

INJECTION-MOLDED PRODUCT / SILICONE FABRIC

Since the foundation, we have been devoting
particular attention to fluoroplastics, which is a
polymeric material with unique characteristics, and
striving for research and development thereof.
As a result, we have successfully combined
fluoroplastics with other materials and
commercialized highly value-added products made
from fluoroplastics.
Meanwhile, fluoroplastics has been increasing
its possibilities and is expected to be used for
new applications in many industries, including
electricity, communication, machinery, foodstuffs,
construction, and medical care.
Further, based on the technical assets we have
accumulated on fluoroplastics, we have entered
new fields using high-performance plastics
including silicone and super engineering plastics.
In keeping with our slogan," Develop new products
and open new fields," we will commit ourselves to
the development of products in close cooperation
with customers and strive to satisfy industrial
needs, which are becoming increasingly diversified
and sophisticated.

characteristics of fluoroplastic, i.e., excellent heat resistance, low
tackiness, etc., are used in the manufacturing process of various
industries. A belt that meets your needs would be available from
various belt materials we provide.
Types of base materials and main
applications
G-type Belt
Material: Fluoroplastic-impregnated glass cloth
Most widely used standard type. Antistatic or seamless types
are available upon request.
Main uses: Food manufacturing / Plastic film manufacturing
/ Rubber product manufacturing / Ceramics product
manufacturing / Heat sealing process / Adhesive coating
process / UV drying process / Food defrosting process, etc.

A-type Belt
Material: Fluoroplastic-impregnated P-aramid cloth.
Higher bending fatigue resistance and water vapor resistance
than G-Type.
Main uses: Conveyor belt for steam boiler / Conveyor belt for the
drying process of woven or nonwoven fabric.

N-type Belt
Material: Fluoroplastic-impregnated M-aramid cloth.
Higher bending fatigue resistance than A-Type which enables
application to conveyor belts with a small pulley diameter or a
knife edge.
Main uses: Conveyor belt for flour paste, electric parts, etc.

R-type Belt
Material: Rubber substrate with fluoroplastic film or with G-Type
Fabric.

fluoroplastic-impregnated glass cloth. Superb peel strength,
water absorption, through-hole workability, etc. as well as high
dimensional stability and mechanical strength.

CGS-500 Series
Copper-clad laminate, laminated with fluoroplastic-impregnated
glass cloth and fluoroplastics sheet. Substrate with further
improved dielectric constant and dissipation factor as compared
to CGP.

CGN-500 Series
Copper-clad laminate, laminated with fluoroplastic-impregnated
glass cloth. Substrate with dielectric loss reduced to less than a
half of CGP and with excellent performance at 20 GHz or higher.

CGA-500 Series
Copper-clad laminate, laminated with a substrate produced by
impregnating fluoroplastic and a special inorganic substance into
glass cloth. Available for mass-production while keeping the high-
frequency characteristics of fluoroplastic substrate.

CGH-500 Series
Copper-clad laminate, laminated with a substrate produced by
impregnating fluoroplastic and a special inorganic substance
into glass cloth. Because of dielectric constant equal to general
substrates but lower dissipation factor, substrates with lower loss
can be obtained with the same design.

CGK-500 Series
Copper-clad laminate, laminated with a substrate produced by
impregnating fluoroplastic and a special inorganic substance
into glass cloth. The high dielectric constant achieves compact,
lightweight, and low-loss high-performance substrates.
