Training fee. Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P 5,500.00) inclusive of:

Meals for five days (AM, PM Snacks and lunch)

Training manual and materials (handouts, CD and IEC materials)
Certificate of Completion
First come-first served reservation of training slots. Only the first 50 registrants can be
accommodated per training batch. Further, a maximum of (2) participants per company can
join each batch to enable OSHC serve and reach out to as many companies as possible.
Reservation shall be confirmed upon payment.
Kindly make check payments payable to the OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH CENTER
(OSHC).
