ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I have completed one and a half months training in SADHU FORGING CO (INDIA)
LIMITED at FARIDABAD plant, HARYANA. There is a total strength of employees is
around 1700, which consist of 1400 associated and 300 mangers. I have got huge
exposure related to masters program contents.

I came to know that how HR functions are carried out here at SADHU FORGING CO.
(INDIA) LIMITED. SADHU FORGING CO is using modern techniques and tools in
its procedures; for example modern test in selection process, recruitment through
consultancies, human resource welfare practices, and well plant management system.

I would like to thank Mr. DILIP KAMAT my training manager who has been quite
supportive during my training period. I would further like to thank my family my
friends and all my colleagues for their immense support.

PREFACE

If one has to succeed in life, he has to keep Pace with changing times. This saying holds good in
every field of life is general or professional. Being the student of professional courses we have to
keep a constant vigil on rapidly changing environment, Indian industries is no more protected one?
Except some strategically important industries, every field is thrown to global competition.
Liberalizations globalization combined withthe privatization of existing public sector companies is
the new mantra of Indian economic policies. So in thisera of tough competition only fittest will
survive.

Proper utilization of financial resources is necessary for any organization to survive. With the
purpose of getting myself well dressed with the atmosphere prevailing industry! Went for eight week
in the plant training at VENUS GROUP.
