cultural education.

Maui beach and park cleanups, open to the public, will happen twice a week.

containers), and 10 composting toilets. In the courtyard, a community vegetable garden and mess hall.

garden
The remaining two would be used for therapy and meeting rooms.
Written Proposal:
This proposal is to the mayor and city council of Maui, to take responsibility for all of the
citizens health and wellness in the county of Maui. This proposal will provide an
explanation as to why there is a problem needing to be addressed in the community, and
how our group would plan to solve it.
Acceptance of this proposal will provide the county of Maui with a greater population of
self realization, cultural wellness and awareness. The program will provide emergency and
transitional shelter, rehabilitation and integration for homeless people in the area.
