The Second party will be responsible for all fines, safety measures and accidents or any

complaints from Dubai Municipality and RTA. [ The First party is not responsible for any of

the stated issues.]

The Second party must also recognize and ensure that the site has been examined and deemed

suitable for the work.

The Second party is responsible for the all workers insurance, safety standards and all matters

associated with the labor and immigration laws.

The Second party will bear alone all the civil and criminal responsibilities that may arise due

to the execution of the project, which has been put under its charge at the beginning of the

work till its completion and delivery to the First party.

The Second party is going to perform all the tasks of the entire project, which includes supply

of all materials and tools required for its completion.

The Second party must provide sufficient number of laborers, technicians, supervisors and

engineers for the proper execution, completion and delivery of the project. Each of the

employees and laborers employed must be under its (Second party) sponsorship and hold a

valid UAE residence visa, and the violation of any government ruling will make the Second

party completely responsible for bearing all civil and criminal consequences with the

government authority.

The Second party is completely responsible for bearing all the required substitution in the event

of injuries, handicap and death of any laborers, caused at the site of work or during travelling

to and from the site of work.

The Second party is responsible on its own account to insure at an insurance company to cover

all damages that may occur to any of the laborers or their successors working on the project
 site. Also, the Second party must cover for any and all damages caused to the laborers and

employees of First Party or their successors, due to reasons caused by the Second party.

The Second party must supervise the entire project and ensure the completion of all the tasks

delivered to it.

The completed work must be approved by and meet the satisfaction of Dubai Municipality and

the engineer that had been appointed by the landlord.

The judicial department of Dubai shall have the power and authority to settle any and all

disputes that may occur between the First and Second party, as a result of implementing the

contract or due to the contract itself.
