20995 dated made to the commissioner of Delhi

Police through E-mail dt
1. Provide the certified copy of my complaint
2. Provide me with the names and designation in the hierarchy each and every DP
officer through which the above referred complaint passed on and the roles played
by each one of them in it.
3. Provide me with the names and designation of IO AND CHIEF IO to complaint case
referred above.Also the name and designation of their superior officer to whom they
are responsible for their conduct.
4. Provide the certified copy of each and every correspondance made by the DP with
reference to complaint mentioned above and the consequent replies received .
5. Kindly tell whether any statement has been taken from the accused persons in
this matter . Answer to be given in "yes" or " no" only . If yes then provide the
certified copy of it.
