MET-KLEEN 150 is a heavy-duty spray wash metal cleaner designed to remove difficult soils
including chlorinated drawing and stamping compounds. This product can be used in all types
of industrial spray wash applications from single stage washer to multi-stage washer and
intensive flood washers. MET-KLEEN 150 can also be used in soak tanks and agilifts. This
product will clean most industrial soils and leaves parts with a very light film for rust protection.
This product is designed for use on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Recommended Dilutions
Operating temperatures can be from 120F (49C) to 180F (82C). Pre-soaking facilitates removal
of heavy oxidized, gummy soils.
Recirculation tanks, dip tanks, agilifts, soak tanks: 5-10%
Spray washers, cabinet washers: 2-10%
Concentration Control
Using a Hach Kit (Model AL-TA, Cat. No. 23145) with 1.0N sulfuric acid add 1 vial of MET-
KLEEN 150 and 1 packet of indicator to mixing bottle. Count the drops of acid required to
achieve the color change from green to pink. If using 0.5N sulfuric acid, double the number of
drops.

Packaging
MET-KLEEN 150 is packaged in 310-gallon, one-way tote tanks and 55-gallon, non-returnable
steel drums. Bulk and 5-gallon pails are also available.
