1. using your hole puncher, punch a hole in the felt [this
is to make a perfect circle for the eye]
2. sew this eye to the white part of each of the goggle. the
position is all up to you
assembly optional: using your flat head dressmakers pin, place the
pin towards the upper part of the eye to create the white
circle usually found in normal cartoon eyes
3. stuff all the pieces [for the goggle, make sure to just
lightly stuff it]
4. get your pin, position the goggle strap towards the 14th
row of the head/body
7
8.for the french maid outfit:
9. sew the feet [booties] to the main part of the french maid outfit - just where the
skirt drapes
11. after placing the outfit on, sew on the arms to their respective spaces from the outfit
a. for the right arm, sew the ends together to create a flat top and directly sew it on
to the body
12. position the lace headband on the minions head. for additional placement, sew it to
the goggles as well.
13. this is optional: get a small duster or props to complete the look for your minion

this part is completely optional
you may choose to make one, buy one, or simply not use
one....its all up to your creativity
since rice husks are not available in all countries, i will sub-
duster stitute [in this pattern] some of the materials
materials:
- feathers or any rice husk/feather like material - can be
fuzzy yarn too!
- scissors
- cotton bud
9
method:
1. gather all your materials
2. cover the upper half of your cotton buds with double sided tape
3. one by one, place either the feathers or fuzzy yarn, or rice husk to the taped area
4. after, tape the bottom part of this bunch using scotch tape
5. after the scotch tape, place washi tape or masking tape to mask the ends of the feather,
rice husk or yarn -- i skipped this step for mine
6. cut the bottom tip of your cotton buds [the one without anything taped on it] youll
roughly end up with 3/4 of the original cotton bud
a. when sewing this, its easier to go through the tape once - going through the tape
with your sewing needle once will NOT break your tape!
