Child Development Assistant, Kent Family Center; Chestertown MD 2015-2017
As a child development assistant I was responsible for planning and implementing lesson
plans for children ages 0-3 years of age, including ITERS, MSDE Healthy Beginnings
and Frog Street Curriculum. While also observing and keeping weekly progress reports of
children in the center using ASQ and ASQ SE and staying updated on required trainings
for my position. I was responsible for working solo in the infant room as well as co-
teaching in the toddler classroom, establishing relationships with children and their
parents, being positive, professional and being a team player in all aspects in the center.

Group Leader, AlphaBest Education Inc. ; Centreville MD 2012-2015

As a Group Leader for AlphaBest Education Inc. I taught students grades K-5 skills that
are not always found in a school setting. I implemented activities from AlphaBest lessons
for before and after school programming such as, Chinese, Spanish, Technology
programming, animating, game design, drama/arts, and fitness activities. I was
responsible for monitoring behavior and establishing relationships with students as well as
parents, having a positive attitude, co-teaching with other teachers and taking required
trainings for my position.

As a cashier at Apos, I was responsible for answering phones, waiting on tables, and being
customer friendly. As front counter I was also responsible for handling unfriendly
